Two types of searches are available: (1) Keyword Search, and (2) Advanced Search. Select one. Enter search term(s) and click the [Search ] button to execute.

[Keyword Search]
Keyword Search retrieves items that include specific keywords in the fields of "Title", "Author" and "Subjects", etc.
Enter your search term(s) and click the [Search] button.

[Advanced Search]
Advanced Search retrieves items based on a combination of the search fields "Title", "Author", "Year", "ISBN" and "ISSN".

If you want to use the following word(s), or symbols in your search term(s), enclose them in double quotation marks (example: "and").

1. Title
Searches for any word(s) in titles such as publication titles, sub-titles, added titles,
journal titles, and series titles.

2. Author
Searches for name(s) in the author fields including personal names, editors,
composers, organizations, agencies, conference, etc.

3. Year
Searches for the items whose publication year is within a specified range. You may
also search before or after a single specified year.

[Search Results]
The lists of search results are taken from each library's Web-OPAC site. In each library, the results are listed by book search results, followed by journal search results.

[Number of Items Displayed per Page]
Click the pull-down list and select the number of search results items you would like to see displayed per page. It is fixed: 10, 20, 50, and MAX (up to 500) items. The default is 20 items.

[Timeout]
Click the pull-down list and select a search time limit (timeout). It is fixed: 30, 60, 120, 180, 240 seconds. The default is 120 seconds.

Select the libraries which you want to search. The default will search all libraries.
